I called to see if I could get a new tire on the front of my bike. It took over 1-1/2 hours for your service dept to call me back. When they did, I got a price for the tire and it sounded kinda high price. I called another Harley dealer and found the same front tire over 200 dollars cheaper. I couldnt get it put on yesterday, but for 200 dollars less for the same tire. I had to go with the cheaper location. I called back and cancelled my appointment talking to service and I explained what I had found, he said well good luck. Bye bye. I was schooled by his comment. Ric
